If you’re looking for a good gym in East London where you not only get the “standard” treatment like in many other, rather average gyms I can highly recommend that you check out “London Fields” at Railway Arch 379 Mentmore Terrace, Hackney E8 3PH.
What I like about them is that they offer “General Classes” that are very affordably priced with £5 “pay as you go”.
But they also have a £20 Class Pass that’s good for 15 (!) classes per week…so you will definitely get your money’s worth with such a pass!
I personally really prefer those gyms like the London Fields where they have good classes for Yoga, Martial Arts and so forth. In fact, I think going to fitness classes makes a lot more sense than your standard “membership”!
So check London Fields out if you’re looking for Yoga in London fields or any other great fitness classes! Highly recommended!
Sports Direct has announced plans for opening a new gym chain in the United Kingdom.
The sports chain says that its “budget gym” will “revolutionise” the British fitness market.
What is known so far is that the chain is about to open 200 gyms in the nation where the initial fee for joining will be £10 with monthly memberships at a mere £5 .
This announcement came right after the group’s recent acquisition of 30 locations from LA Fitness.
One spokesman for Sports Direct to the press: “This will be affordable fitness on an unprecedented scale. It will revolutionise the market by making private gym membership a realistic lifestyle choice for millions of people.”
Analysts of the fitness sector in the UK welcomed the move.
